An interesting and communicative evening at HOFFMANN VERPACKUNG in Wengern

"We are looking forward to presenting you an interesting evening that combines the opportunity to pick up a timeless topic, to exchange ideas with many decision makers from local businesses as well as to learn a local company with interesting skills."
Markus Drüke
Our series of lectures "FutureWetter" focuses on exciting topics that affect our city and every one of us. These can be in a supraregional context or also very much related to our city.

So it was said in the announcement on the event, to which the board of the city marketing had invited all citizens. The numerous visitors and the good mood of the evening witnessed the fact that both the topic of the speaker and the citizen of Wetter, Stefan Keim, as well as the curiosity to get to know more of the welcoming company and member of the city marketing Moderne Verpackung Carl Bernh. Hoffmann GmbH. And so the company founder and managing director, Uwe Gnasnick, also reported in his greetings that due to the constantly increasing number of participants during the recent weeks the location of the event had to be moved to a different location within his company.

"Ways to a livable town – culture as a means of liveliness. What are the incentives, which concepts can work?"

After opening words by Markus Drüke and Mayor Frank Hasenberg, Uwe Gnasnick presented his company and its development with the focus on Wetter with impressive figures. Then Stefan Keim led through the "future world of the cities of tomorrow". At the end of his "journey of thoughts" he returned to Wetter and described concrete ideas for possible development approaches in our city.

Description: Sequence from the ideas for possible development approaches in our city (German only)

Before the buffet was opened, the two managing directors, Uwe Gnasnick and Gianpaolo Stredl, as well as two of their employees, guided the visitors through four sections of the warehouse and production hall. Since HOFFMANN VERPACKUNG is working around the clock in 3 consecutive shifts, there was still lively activity around 8.30 pm and the fascinated participants were able to follow certain work processes live.

To the cozy end, the rich and exquisite buffet with small delicacies was ready. Stimulating discussions about what was heard (and beyond) caused many guests to forget the time.

A heartfelt thanks to Uwe Gnasnick and Gianpaolo Stredl and their team for a wonderful evening.
